7 Dont's After You Have Meal

* Don't smoke - Experiment from experts proves that smoking a cigarette after meal is comparable to smoking 10 cigarettes (chances of cancer is higher)




* Don't eat fruits immediately - Immediately eating fruits after meals will cause stomach to be bloated with air. Therefore take fruit 1-2 hour after meal or 1 hour before meal



* Don't drink tea - Because tea leaves contain a high content of acid. This substance will cause the protein content in the food we consume to be hardened thus difficult to digest



* Don't loosen your belt - Loosening the belt after a meal will easily cause the intestine (usus) to be twisted & blocked



* Don't bathe - Bathing after meal will cause the increase of blood flow to the hands, legs & body thus the amount of blood around the stomach will therefore decrease. This will weaken the digestive system in our stomach



* Don't walk about - People always say that after a meal walk a hundred steps and you will live till 99. In actual fact this is not true. Walking will cause the digestive system to be unable to absorb the nutrition from the food we intake



* Don't sleep immediately - The food we intake will not be able to digest properly. Thus will lead to gastric & infection in our intestine (usus)

nie sbnya adalah something yg fifie dpt dr forward email adik angkat.. e'eh, btul ker adik angkat? hahaha! xdenye nk scandal gn org yg sy anggap adik.. psl point pertama 2 mmg setuju sgt2.. korg2 lelaki sekalian yg ske sgt smoke after makan 2, sila la rajin2kn diri korg utk berhenti wat cm2 ble baca artikel ni.. better be safe than sorry~ =p

erm, point kedua plak psl makan buah after meal.. sbnya, dlm sunnah rasulullah s.a.w sndiri ade sebutkan yg makan buah-buahan sbnya plg elok dalam 30 minit ke 1 jam sblm makan.. btulkan klu sy slp.. scre ringkasnye, makan buah before main meal ok? :)

kemudian, ad beberapa perkara yg sy xpasti ttg npe xley minum teh dan beberapa perkara len 2.. cz my dad always do that.. die ske minum japanese tea, which is very good i think.. plz share with me if u all ade pape information yg ley tambah kt cni.. uhuk uhuk, ok fifie mengaku malas nk wat research.. korg2, jgn tiru mcm sy! hehehe~

last sekali psl jgn tdo gn cepat after makan 2 sgt betul sbnya.. bygkn la, makanan lum hadam lg korg da sebat men tdow jer.. (hahaha, pdhl sdri pn wat gk kdg2!) lg2 time bulan puasa yg ble mne badan rse malas sgt2 nk bgn sahur.. so options yg mudah adalah makan lewat dan tdo beberapa jam ps2.. uhuk uhuk.. fifie, fifie.. korg, ps ni kte cuba amek iktibar dr information yg sy dapat nie k? majulah sukan utk negara! e'eh, salah plak.. hehehe, fifie pe awak mngarut nih?? mari kte jaga kesihatan dgn baik demi kebaikan bersama! yey!! ok korang, sekian bebelan pd hri nie.. hehehe, salam... :)
