Main Causes of Liver Damage...

salam semua...

kali nie fifie nk share gn korang ttg perkara2 yg ley merosakkan hati kte.. uhuk uhuk, byk betul yg ley menyumbang pd masalah kesihatan nie tanpa kte sedari kn? so, informasi kali nie harap2 ley membantu kte semua utk hidup dgn lebih sihat ok.. jom baca sama2! :)

1. Sleeping too late and waking up too late



2. Not urinating in the morning

3. Too much eating



4. Skipping breakfast

5. Consuming too much medication



6. Consuming too much preservatives, additives, food coloring, and artificial sweetener



7. Consuming unhealthy cooking oil.. As much as possible reduce cooking oil use when frying, which includes even the best cooking oils like olive oil.. Do not consume fried foods when you are tired, except if the body is very fit..



8. Consuming raw (overly done) foods also add to the burden of liver.. Veggies should be eaten raw or cooked 3-5 parts.. Fried veggies should be finished in one sitting, do not store.. We should prevent this without necessarily spending more.. We just have to adopt a good daily lifestyle and eating habits.. Maintaining good eating habits and time condition are very important for our bodies to absorb and get rid of unnecessary chemicals according to "schedule"..


p/s ok, fifie nk ulas ckit psl tabiat makan dalam kuantiti yg banyak 2.. sbnya, dlm Islam sendiri ade menyarankan supaya kte bersederhana dalam pe jua perkara kehidupan.. so cara pemakanan adalah salah satu aktiviti yg bagus utk kte mulakan tabiat nie.. btul x korang? hehehe~

next is sleeping and waking up too late.. xley nk cakap pe la, cz fifie sendiri pn ade kelemahan yg nie, uhuk uhuk.. erm, tp mmg sgt bagus sbnya klu kte tdo awal.. cz again, dlm agama kte mmg ade bgtau yg rezeki lbh mudah masuk ble kte mulakan pekerjaan dr awal pg.. so, mari kte tdo dan bgn awal demi hati yg lebih sihat k! :)

kemudian, ttg penggunaan olive oil @ minyak zaitun 2.. mmg bagus sgt minyak ni, pe lg yg virgin @ extra virgin type 2.. e'eh, korang pernah dgr x nie? hehehe! tye mr. google klu xtau pe khasiatnye k.. hikhik.. tp pd pendapat sy, lebih baik kurangkan makanan berminyak dan bergoreng.. cz sebaik-baik jns makanan adalah kukus @ stim dan bakar.. sbg contoh, mgkn ley mtk mak buat ikan bakar plak ps nie instead of ikan goreng je.. family yg sihat bermula dr makanan yg sihat! betul x kawan2? :)

ok, tu la antara points yg nk fifie kongsi gn korang.. harap dapat memberi manfaat seterusnya menjadikan kte2 sume nie manusia yg lebih sihat d muka bumi nie ok? hehehe~ selamat memiliki hati yg sihat! salam... :)
