Let's Sleep and Wake Up Early!

salam semua...

izinkan fifie nk membebel plak pasal sebab2 npe kte harus tdo dan bgn awal setiap hari.. pd usia muda remaja cmni, mmg sy tau ramai yg ske tdo lewat.. dan klu korang rse kul 12 malam adalah waktu yg awal utk tdo, korang adalah disahkan tergolong dalam golongan yg x normal.. hahaha, jgn marah haaa.. ni ikut kajian medical researcher seluruh dunia.. mgkn ade antara korang yg rse klu tdo awal 2, x macho mgkn? hehehe, nie utk lelaki je la (kebiasaannya).. da nme pn macho, mesti la utk lelaki jew kn? hikhik! =p

tapi kn korang, sbnya bgs sgt2 ble kte tdo awal dan jge bangun awal setiap hari nie.. xcye? ok2! klu xcye dan xnk cye gk, jom baca informasi kt bawah nie sama2 ok? :)





Reasons for sleeping and waking up early

Evening at 9 - 11pm: the time for eliminating unnecessary/toxic chemicals (detoxification) from the antibody system.. This time duration should be spent by relaxing or listening to music.. If during this time, a housewife is still in an unrelaxed state such as washing the dishes or monitoring children doing their homework, this will have a negative impact on health..



Evening at 11pm - 1am: the detoxification process in the liver and ideally should be done
in a deep sleep state..

Early morning 1 - 3am: detoxification process continues, also ideally done in a deep sleep state..



Early morning 3 - 5am: detoxification in the lungs (paru2).. Therefore there will sometimes be a severe cough for cough sufferers during this time.. Since the detoxification process had reached the respiratory tract (common site for infections), there is no need to take cough medicine so as not to interfere with toxin removal process..



Morning 5 - 7am: detoxification in the colon (usus besar), you should empty your bowel (stomach)..

Morning 7 - 9am: absorption of nutrients in the small intestine (usus kecil), you should be having breakfast at this time.. Breakfast should be earlier, before 6:30am, for those who are sick.. Breakfast before 7:30am is very beneficial to those wanting to stay fit.. Those who always skip breakfast, they should change their habits, and it is still better to eat breakfast late until 9- 10am rather than no meal at all..


Sleeping so late and waking up too late will disrupt the process of removing unnecessary chemicals.. Aside from that, midnight to 4:00 am is the time when the bone marrow produces blood.. Therefore, have a good sleep and don't sleep late..

p/s so pd sesiapa yg ske tdo lewat 2, harap artikel ni akan lebih motivate korang utk tdo awal k? cz sememangnya tdo awal itu sgt bagus dan ley menyumbang pd umur yg lebih panjang klu dsertakan dgn senaman yg mencukupi dan menu diet yg sihat.. ok x korang? selamat mencuba tdo awal key.. CHAIYOK2! hehehe~ salam... :)
